TEN Gratitudes of Autumn

September to December rushed by from glorious fall colors surrounding the Mission Home to candles in the window welcoming the Christmas season.

GRATITUDE 10 = Unity

In a recent Zone Conference, November 14 in Topsham, Maine, President Wilkey emphasized the importance of unity:
a. unity with Christ in the great work to "preach the gospel to every creature." (Mark 16:15)
b. unity with the Holy Ghost that "it shall be given you in the very hour, yea, in the very moment, what ye shall say." (Doctrine and Covenants 100:6)
c. unity in companionships
He used the story of two draft horses who each by her-him self could pull 2700 and 3000 pounds but together could pull 9000.

Missionaries enjoy a 15 minute activity break in a day of intense zone meetings.  Here the team was instructed to unify to move from one point to a set goal.
